I’d love to get together over coffee or cookies or cocktails (better yet, all three!!) to hear more about you, your love story, and the plans for your big day. If we hit it off, maybe you could invite me to your wedding! Ooh! And I can bring my camera!
My style incorporates some purposeful posing to get the best light and angles (because not everyone comes equipped with modeling skills), as well as beautifully capturing the candid moments and genuine laughs. I love to take charge, but I also love to step back and just observe; it is often in those moments that the real stuff happens. I use a zoom lens, which means I can give you some space and let you laugh and talk while I’m far away… and then once you feel relaxed, I might get all up in your business and make things real awkward and uncomfortable. Haha. But the photos will be amazing, so it’s worth it!
Wedding photography packages range from $3000 – $4500 and can cover a few hours of your wedding day or the whole entire thing from sunup to sundown. Engagement sessions, wedding albums, bridal sessions, and rehearsal coverage can be added at a discounted rate too!
My wedding photographer was a jerk. Yup. His portfolio showed gorgeous photos of people in love, but it turns out, he was really into himself and not into me or my husband or our friends or our wedding day. That attitude showed up in the photos. Whomever you hire, pick someone who will be fun to have around – you will spend more time with your photographer than anyone else that day. And hire someone who has their heart in the right place – like, someone who might cry during the ceremony and maybe again during the toasts and perhaps even tear up a little during the mother/son dance. Who me? Maybe. Okay fine. Yes. Guilty.
